The first mobile therapy for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension). myHTN obtains blood pressure readings directly from existing bluetooth-enabled blood pressure devices.
myHTN provides clinical recommendations based on the 2014 JNC 8 Guidelines for the Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults. (JAMA. 2014;311(5):507-520).
myHTN will be registered and cleared by the Food and Drug Administration as a medical device. The software is designed and developed in compliance with the IEC and FDA Consensus Standards and Guidance documents.
myHTN will be be medically validated as part of a randomized controlled trial to reduce blood pressure in adult patients with hypertension.
